STORE POLICIES

Shipping Policy

Work is shipped from the studio, usually within 5 business day via UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground. Large works are shipped differently and can take up to 3 weeks. Custom apparel and merchandise may take a little longer (as they are custom made to order). For anything other than apparel and merchandise, I require a signature (so if you're unsure, it might be best to have your work shipped to a FedEx or UPS Store/pickup location where they'll hold it for a period of time - check your local options).

Local pick up is in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Just email me, [email protected], that you'd like to arrange in person pick up & I'll coordinate with you.

Refund Policy

I realize it is hard to view fine details and select artwork via online shopping. I've included close ups of the work to help you with your decision. If you would like additional images or to arrange for an in-person viewing of the work, please contact me before purchasing. If for whatever reason you're not happy with the artwork that you receive, or it isn't what you expected, please let me know. I want happy collectors and customers and I'll try to make it right with you.

If you just don't love it, I'll refund your purchase price (less shipping both ways). To be eligible for a full refund, you must request a refund within 7 days of delivery and the piece must be shipped back to me in its original condition as shipped to you, within 14 days of delivery. After that, all sales are final.

In the event of an exchange or return, buyer pays both outgoing and return shipping.

Privacy Policy

Other than is necessary to facilitate your order or inquiry (such as to our fulfillment house), I do not sell or share any of your information with anyone. I ask for your phone number as some shippers require a delivery phone number. I ask for your email address so that we can communicate with you. I will add you to my newsletter but you can easily opt out if desired.
